Increasing and developing trade relations and business possibilities between Finland and Lithuania

Finnish-Lithuanian Trade Association is a non-profit association of individuals, entrepreneurs and large corporations interested in trade and investments between the two countries. Finnish-Lithuanian Trade Association seeks to increase and develop trade relations between Finland and Lithuania. The target is to get Finnish companies interested in the diverse business opportunities Lithuania offers.

The Trade Association was registered in 1994.

Secretarial and administrative function of the Association is taken care by Finland Chamber of Commerce.

Promoting mutual knowledge and networking between Finnish and Lithuanian SME-companies

To meet the challenges in the rapidly changing business environment is an especially hard task for small and medium size companies. Our Association tries to do its best in promoting the level of mutual knowledge and networking between Finnish and Lithuanian SME-companies. The central location of Lithuania means likewise new channels for trade to third countries.

Gathering information and delivering it to the members

In order to achieve its goals, Finnish-Lithuanian Trade Association arranges for its members information meetings, seminars and other events to enable personal networking and to discuss current issues. The events are designed to help members stay on the pulse of business developments, e.g. Lithuanian economic and political development, work relations, and legislation. Trade Association organizes also excursions to Lithuania.

Finnish-Lithuanian Trade Association works in close cooperation with the Embassies and other business associations that operate in Finland and Lithuania.

The annual membership fee for companies is 180 € and 60 € for private persons (2017).
